The order implies irrevocable adherence to the terms and conditions. The sales contract is subjected to the French law, both for the rules of substance the rules of form.
1. OFFERS
Our product offerings are valid as long as supplies available. Items we are selling are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. If, in spite of all our precautions, errors occur, we can not in any case be committed to this. Pictures representing our products are for information only, due to changes which may occur during transcription on to the site. Photographs as texts illustrating the products on offer are not contractually binding. Because of our suppliers, we could deliver an item which have a slightly different composition than which is described but in any event of equal or better quality than the item ordered. You will benefit of course, in this case, our "guarantee" consisting of a right to exchange or refund.
2. PRICES
Our prices are quoted in euro. They include VAT (inclusive of all taxes including VAT for France). Prices are guaranteed subject to error of typography or printing. Any change of VAT will be passed on the prices of the products. These prices are intended as excluding any flat-rate contributions to the costs for shipping and packaging which remain the responsibility of the customer. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is received. Retention of title clause : products remain the property of Majesté Group until full payment of the order.
3. ORDER
Your order is completed online. A guided search allows you to find all the items from our collection and make your choice to place your order.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION BY MAJESTÉ GROUP
Any order is worth express acceptance and irrevocable of the prices, descriptions, times of delivery of the products on line. The validation of order by internet users is worth general acceptance of your share of our general terms of sale. Majesté Group confirms the order to the customer by e -mail within 48 hours (except orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). The user can also print the order.
5. PAYMENT
Payment for an online order is made to order. All orders not accompanied by a payment can not be shipped. You can pay by the following means : CREDIT CARD : enter the number of your card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express) the expiry date and security code (last 3 numbers on the back of your card). Your payment will be processed after membership approval. Once the order is confirmed, the payment request is sent in real time to a secured payment system that performs the various checks to prevent abuse and fraud. In all cases the on-line provision of a credit card number and the order's final validation will constitute proof of the whole order. According to the law of 13th March 2000 on electronic signature, proof of the entire order and payment due pursuant to that order. Any information bank is kept by our company. For orders exceeding 300€, the order will be confirmed on the payment day.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by Collisimo, Ups, Fedex and DHL between 2 and 5 days included a cost of preparation packing and postage costs that you are in France, Europe, Asia and USA (subject to extraordinary events, climatic conditions). Towards metropolitan France, shipping is free for online orders above 150€ on www.majestecouture.com
The carriage risks shall be payable by the customer after leaving the warehouse. The customer is bound to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered and report immediately any anomalies to Majesté Group. Majesté Group may not be held responsible for delays resulting from postal strikes or other unforeseen events as defined in legislation on the transport of property and goods.
7. EXCHANGE OR REFUND WARRANTY
If an item does not fit, it is possible to exchange or request a refund within 15 days after receipt of the order. Simply return the article to us in the original packaging, within 7 days to the following addres :

The customer is responsible for the all fees related to return shipment. Reimbursement shall be made either by credit credit card or Paypal according to customer requirements and after checking conditions of the item and its packaging. In case of exchange for an item of the same value, the customer will have to pay the shipping on the new delivery, it must therefore attach a cheque of € 7.50 (for France ) made out to Majesté Group. Majesté Couture shall not be held liable for failure to the concluded contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire strike. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The present conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, every attempt shall be made to reach an amicable agreement. Otherwise, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts of the registered office of Majesté Group.
