MY ACCOUNT

How to create my account ? To create your account online, full out your e -mail address (which will become your username) and other information required in the appropriate fields.

How to edit my account ? It’s very easy to change your password, your billing information and your delivery address. Click on "My Account" and enter your username and password. Once logged on, you can view and edit your personal information.

I forgot my password, how can I connect to my account? Cliick on « forgotten password » and enter your e -mail address that you used to create your account. Your password will be emailed instantly. You can also contact the Customer Service by email to contact@majestecouture.com

How to subscribe to the Newsletter ? Sign up by entering your email in the newsletter section. You'll be informed of the news related to the brand, our best sellers, private sales & events.

How to unsubscribe to the Newsletter ? To unsubscribe, click on the link «unsubscribe » on Newsletters.

What about my personal information (name …) ? Information you give us within your order are only used in connection with our business. In no way information can be shared with third parties or sold. Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have right to access and correct personal data. Concerning your billing information (credit card), it’s used as part of your payment to our secure payment partner PayPal . We do not store any credit card information.

Can I save my cart from a day to another ? You have possibility to find the items you added to your cart during a period of 15 days, within the limits of available stocks.

How to be sure of the validation of my order ? A confirmation e-mail is sent to validate your order. If you do not receive an email from us, check you spam. If so, contact our customer service. 

Can I remove an item from my order ? Yes. From your cart, you can remove items you do not wish to receive before validation of your order.

Can I cancel my order ? After that your order has been received by our logistics services, preparation and shipment is processed in the shortest possible time, any change or cancellation is impossible.

In case of faulty item ? Or an item which doesn’t match my order ?

What can I do if my items are damaged or if i have not received my order ? Please contact our Customer Service or send an email to serviceclient@majestecouture.com.

Make sure to follow procedure sent by customer service before returning your items.

ORDER

How to order on Majesté Couture website ? To order, simply browse the site and find items through our different categories. Select items you want to buy by clicking on « Add to cart ». Once you have selected your products, they are added to your cart. You can check its content by clicking on « your cart », then by clicking « order ».

How many time does it take for shipping ? All orders are processed & shipped in 48 hours time worked. An email is sent to inform you of the preparation and shipment of your package. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after the delivery of your package to the carrier.

Where is my order ? An email of confirmation is sent within a few minutes after checkout. In this email, you will find a summary of your order and a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses : " Enabled ", " In preparation " and finally " Shipped " . Upon delivery of your package to the carrier, you will also receive a new e -mail telling you that your package was delivered to the carrier in which a parcel tracking number will allow you to follow the course.

How to modify or cancel my order ? You can cancel or modify an order when it has not yet been supported by our carrier. Any modification in your order will be considered on the same day, notifying by e-mail contact@majestecouture.com before the date of shipment of your order .

One of our product is out of stock.  How to know if it will be renewed ? If an item is out of stock, we make all to renew as soon as possible. However if the product cannot be renewed, it is removed from the site.

 

PAYMENT

How can I pay my order ? All credit card payments are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard National Aurore VPay Card, American Express Discover, Privilege, Cofidis 4 stars, American Express, Discover. Payments are 100% secured by our partner Paypal, International leader in online payments .

The Online Payment is it secured ? Yes, information are transmitted in encrypted form. The system will contact the bank of the credit card to authorize the purchase. Following the confirmation of the bank, the rate will be made. Otherwise , the order will be canceled.  Majesty Paris Couture collects personal data. These data are required to process of the order and may be provided wholly or partly toMajesty Paris Couture’s partners involved in the framework of the execution of the order. The customer is informed that his personal data are collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and of fighting against fraud credit card and reserves the right to request any new customer proof of identity to fight against fraud and ensure deliveries.

My promotional code doesn’t work – what should I do ? Please check the validity of your code. Then be sure to enter the code at the good place and without any spaces. Remember to empty the cache of your compute.If your code is available, a text will appear telling you that it has been taken into account. After following these procedures and if the code still does not work, do not hesitate to contact us via our customer service or via the "Contact Us ".

How do you calculate taxes & charges ?

For the EU countries, sales taxes and customs duties are calculated according to the destination of your order. All prices include French VAT or equivalent tax in force in your country. If you order from a country outside the EU, prices shown exclude sales taxes and customs duties , including French VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for payment of all duties , customs fees and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which you receive your products.

Can I apply for tax refund ? No, tax refund applies only to items bought in-store and sent to the customer.

 

DELIVERY

We prepare your order within 48 hours in our warehouse according to the mode of shipping and the country you live in. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days for the standard mode of delivery,

Where can I receive my order ? You can receive your order where your want at home or at your business address ; but excepted in post office boxes, cafes, restaurants or hotels. In France your order will be delivered by Colissimo or Express. Orders before 12 PM are sent the next day (that means working days. It is subject to checkout through Paypal. During special operations and sale, we must add 72 hours).

For all other destinations, your order will be shipped within 3-5 days. During our special operations, all orders have the same delivery time, 3 to 5 working days for Colissimo, Fedex , UPS.

Where can orders be shipped ? We deliver to over 220 countries in Europe , Asia and the USA.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country ? Yes.

What should I do if I'm not at home at the time of delivery ? In the case of the carrier of your package is from Colissimo or Chronopost, the package is delivered directly to your house but if you are away at that time, a receip will be left in your box. The receip shall notice time and date of the passage and the post office where you can collect it. You have then to bring the receip and your ID card to get back your package. You have a period of 15 days  beyond the package will be returned.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order ? If you still do not receive your package after 5 days and get no receip from our carrier, please check the status of your package on the carrier's website , according to the delivery method you chosed. You can also contact our Customer Service via « Contact us ».

How soon will I receive my order ? Home delivery : In France, your order will be delivered by Colissimo or Express depending on your choice , the next day for orders placed before 12 pm (Saturday , Sunday, holidays excluded , subject to validation of your order by the system , excluding special operations : 72 hours must be added for all orders, and subject to favorable weather conditions. For all other destinations, your package will be shipped in 3-5 days ( special operations : 5-7 working days , and subject to favorable weather conditions).

How does shipping cost ? In the case of a delivery is refused by the customer, shipping will not be refunded.

I want to make a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping ? Yes. We are happy to give you the best, this is why all of our items are carefully placed and packed in a box or a bag with our logo. Delivery of your order will be safe.

Do you want to add a word to your gift ? Don’t worry, we take care of everything ! You just have to indicate the delivery address and all the information required during your order. With Majesté, custumer has always right !

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to return an item ? You have to follow the exchange procedure : Indicate if you want a credit note or an exchange. Please join us a copy of your delivery slip in your package. Contact the provider of your choice. Proof of return and risk return is your responsibility, that’s why Majesty Paris Couture recommend to return your package securely with tracking option , against signature, not recommended . After verifying the compliance of the returned item (new item, unwor, in its original packaging with tags) and the wishes you have expressed, we will provide your credit note and remain at your disposal to make the command exchange. It is very important to carry your order number, your full name, the subject of your request ; exchange, credit or refund and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our services. No returns will be accepted without authorization. So that your return is accepted, please have a receipt which proves your purchase on tour website www.majestecouture.com, not wear the item(s) you wish to return, have kept the different elements of product packaging ( reference pins, packaging bag, tissue paper, labels, etc ...). All other shipments will not be accepted. However, we will reimburse you or make the exchange of items which do not match your order within 30 days after reception of the products (defective or non-conforming). These refunds will be made within 30 days after receipt of the products. In case the customer would have to refuse delivery of the package, the shipping will not be refunded.

Returns from countries outside EU. No payment of duties and taxes related to these product returns will be paid by Majesté Couture Paris. Majesté Couture Paris will not reimburse the fees and charges of the returned products. However, depending on the country, the fees and charges associated with returned products can be recovered after contacting the Customs office.

How many time do I have to make a return ? The deadline is 15 working days one we received your package.

Do I pay the costs of return ? In case of reimbursement, the costs of return are the responsibility of the customer except for a defective product or an error on our part (within the limit of 10 euros). In case of an exchange, the costs of return are refunded in the form of credit note and can not be changed.

How do I receive amount of reimbursement ? Once the return is received and verified, you will receive credit by the same payment method  you used to pay your purchase within a maximum period of 30 days. We remind you that payment through credit card always depends on the banking organization corresponding.

What should I do if the amount is incorrect? Please contact our customer service that will solve the problem as soon as possible. Majesté Couture Paris reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or clothes that do not fulfil approval conditions.

 

EXCHANGE

Can I exchange an item ? Yes. To exchange your item, you have to return the item per package (new item in its original packaging with labels). We will refund the cost of return in the form of a fixed credit note within the limits of a return. The cost of new shipping are offered by Majesté Couture Paris. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, the amount corresponding to your return is credited to your account as a credit. You can use it to make a new order of an equivalent or greater amount (expanding by CB Regulation). We are at your disposal to make your exchange or a new order. In case you reside outside of the European Union , you must pay the corresponding taxes to substitute .

GENERAL INFORMATION

From which countries can I buy online? You can buy from us online in over 220 european countries, in Asia and in USA.

Available languages are French and English.

Currencies : Prices are in Euro (€)  for all countries except for UK and USA where prices are in British Pounds and in facturU.S. Dollars. Orders shipped outside the European Union will be established without the French VAT.

Right of withdrawal  : You have a period of seven (7) business days to exercise your right to return purchased products, from the date of receipt of the product purchased.
